We’re so convinced you’ll absolutely love our services, however, in the case that you are not satisfied with the service for any reason you can get a refund within 1 days of making a purchase based on the following:
- At ADF we make every effort to deliver the orders made by our customers on time and in good condition. In some cases delivery may have been attempted but either recipient was not at the given address (Home/Office/etc) or was unable to accept the order for whatever circumstances. We will attempt to redeliver the ordered at a different time or day. However, in the case that a customer claims that the order was not delivered, or delivered with poor condition, we require a 24 hour period to investigate what could have happened.
- Our delivery team takes utmost care in delivering the orders made by our customers. Our delivery trucks are cooled to ensure freshness of the products delivered, and all deliveries are handled professionally and with utmost care. In the even that a customer claims that the quality of the product was not as per expected or agreed, the customer is encouraged to contact ADF directly. If the order was damaged or treated in a way that affected the quality during its handling by our staff, we will gladly replace it at no further cost. Customers must note that flowers being handled are perishable and proper care is required after receiving the order. It is the responsibility of the recipient to properly handle the ordered arrangement and ensure keeping it cool, watered and out of sunlight and direct drafts of air. In any case, the customer must contact us within 24 hours to claim a replacement or refund.
- In the case of the need to cancel an order, the client is responsible to contact us within 48 hours prior to the delivery date. No refund can be processed if there is a delay in contacting us for cancelation beyond the mentioned time. In case of providing wrong delivery address or details, or the recipient refuses to accept the delivery regardless of circumstances, cancelation of order would not be possible, and refunds cannot be issued.
- ADF will not be held responsible for the order in the case that the recipient refused to accept the order. Refunds will not be issued to the client.
- Refunds may take up to 45 days to be processed. And will only be done through the original mode of payment.
